Just about every aspect of hockey has the same level of importance
That's the thing about hockey. Its an all around sport.

eh, i think everyones goingto have there own opinion, but obviously physicality can be important if the other team doesnt hold there own. as shown when the penguins vs'd the experienced and hard pounding red wings during crosbys first stanley cup final.
oh boy, penguins got walked all over that year..

Anyone know a good website for watching the Finals online? It won't be on UK tv, been a Blues fan since I lived there in '89 for a few years. Seems we have a team this year.
Where can I watch it??

Yeah I have tried the search engine many times and never actually managed to find any links that work, or don't look like they will rape my computer with viruses etc..
I'll give the firstrowsports a look, anyone else got any sites they use regularly that are reliable? Might make a thread about it actually, game 1 today, let's go BLUES!!
Cheers, Patlal.

nbc is airing every playoff game on tv, im sure its on their website too http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/3032803/ns/sports-nhl may have to wait until gametime for streaming links to be available
also TSN.ca may have live streams
if all else fails nhl.com you can pay for a subscription and get the games online, some of the teams may be airing the games on their websites for free....Quote:

LOL hopefully the "universe" isnt beer bonging vodka with the tiger label on it before the game...... as soon as he has a bad game there will be turmoil on the flyers. jagr and giroux are gonna rip shit up, hartnell will be flopping on the ice, crosby will break a nail and be out for the season....pierre miguire will be breaking up fights between the benches LOL

Scott Hartnell said he will punch Crosby, Malkin and Letang in the face if he sees a good opportunity, and he predicts there will be a lot of blood spilled this series. And I would love to see the coaches go at it after the series if over. When everyone is shaking hands, I can see someone not or Lavy ordering his team off the ice, and then there be a brawl AFTER the series is over. Man what great TV that would be, although a lot of boring people will say it's a disgrace and shit.

Just like 99.9% of games in the playoff, there won't be anyone dropping the gloves.

as a local st. louis-ian, I'd like to say that nobody liked or even watched the blues play until the last two years. Everyone jumped on the band wagon when they got good, poor guys.
with the rams...that's another story

Nobody wants to watch losing teams.
When they start winning, people start to watch.

Omg Flyers> Penguins. Stupid whining pos's all three of their powerplays came from embellishing. Couldn't even keep a three goal lead.

It was a really good game.
The pens dominated the first period, it was delicious.
But then the Flyers started to get going, awesome game. Its gonna be a tight race.
