 Saw a ghost last night

I have been dealing with shadow people for the past few months. Sometimes I will go over a week without seeing them but when they do make themselves noticed they try to fuck with me. I can actually feel them touching my neck sometimes when I am trying to sleep and sometimes will hover right in front of my face. They have been giving me severe panic attacks at night, usually several times per night when they are around. And I often get sleep paralysis. Anyways last night I woke up to use the bathroom and there was a girl in a white dress with blond hair, about 8 years old standing next to my bed staring at me. Then she was gone.
Creepy shit.

They are trying to help you and send you a message from the great beyound. You have to open up your mind to the ghosts. Maybe get a ouija board. Feel blessed that they are trying to make contact.

Yes i know. Sometimes they shake my bed. One time i felt like an arm pressing against my pant legs and i saw a shadow pull away when i looked. Not to mention the lights burning out. Sometimes they visit and they think u cant see them. When they notice u notice them they usually go away. Theres some sorta creature with black claws and stands like a person that ive seen a few time when i was young. fucking shadow people

i feel the same stuff. dont care if this is anon. i have been stricken with a horrible ,life threating sickness. so i have been trying to get my soul preparation in order. "church" . for some time i have seen these shadow figures, felt their touch, heard wispers in my ear,ussually when im borderline dead asleep, moreso during the witching hours.
when i was first diagnosed this picked up, horrible nightmares followed to the point , i was extremely scared to be asleep. im 25 + years old, and i would cry,and beg my parents to please stay awake with me to help keep me awake. ive had several instances where my brain wakes before my body does. and see these figures,a group sometimes , they are close enough to be touched but i can see no details of them other than height and outlines. the body numbing shit is the scariest.
my friends mom shot herself in this house im staying in, and i feel that is her that is bothering me. and i believe its for some strange reason. not too long ago i was in this borderline state of sleep where your completely dozing off. and you feel your far off to sleep. i felt my kidney area of my back get ice cold, so i reached back to pull my shirt down"as i thought it was ruffled and the air from the fan was causing this. when i done this ,i felt my finger tips butt up against what felt like knuckles, cold ones. then i heard a whisper that said to me. "dont trust god" . i have been awake for 6 days now .since the incident ,dont know how long i can hold off ,but im scared as hell to sleep for it seems im bothered the most at this time.
i dont believe they can really hurt me, but i feel a total change in my lifestyle, and i feel they know i have this terminal sickness,and are like waiting to escort me .or something. i need help. some kind of help. i saw this thread and had to tell my story, what can i do.

no drugs besides alcohol. I will usually wake up and slam a few beers when I start getting panic attacks. It helps.
And yes, they also shake my bed.. something like 2-3hz. The lamp shades and curtains wiggle too.
What type of message do you suppose they are trying to send? They do nothing but scare the shit out of me.
Also, I live on a rather large piece of property with a pond. When I moved here there was police tape going around the pond on the ground that was weathered and had obviously been there a while. I assume someone drowned in the pond; I can't think of any other reason police tape would be there.

i've been seeing shadow figures lately. i felt something touch my head the other night.
besides that i've been having weird experiences at night.
my aunt tells me that in order to get rid of these things you should say "i am covered in the blood of jesus"

These fucking things are in your house. It aint there house anymore, if it ever was. You gotta law down the fucking law on these things. They cant fucking hurt you, yell at them shits tell em to get the fuck out all their doing is being annoying. If you cower like a little pussy your gonna give them a reason to stay.
I had a few ghosts at my old house, banging on my walls and scaring my cats and shit in the middle of he night. I had to get out of bed and roam from room to room firmly telling these inappropriate assholes they got to fucking stop and that they are fucking stupid.
This actually didnt help any, but it did make me feel better and more brave when they were around. All these things are is fucking pussy ghosts to afraid to move on to what ever the fuck it is that dead fools supposed to move on too.
Before these spirits died they were probably pussy ass douche bag people that got picked on and beat up by other real life people. Then when they died they are still big pussies and are afraid to move on. Oh and another thing they can kind of scare alive people now so they do and thats another reason they dont move on.
I got this shit figured out man.

I think that 96% of all evil people who die arent allowed to become ghosts and go to hell etc, but I think every once in a while a case will be so severe where the spirit is so tied to the house and events that occured that without even realizeing it the spirit stays behind and hella starts haunts etc

Personally, If there where ghost in my fuckin house id GTFO immediately. I feel that sometime ghost dont have good intentions. Even if they aren't threatening its still best to not fuck with them.

well I actually just moved. The shadow people came with me, however the first and only human ghost I have seen was in this house. Moving isn't really an option.
