EVGA P67 FTW mobo i5 2500k OCed to 4.8GHz stable Corsair H60 8GB G.Skill Ripjaw 1600MHz DDR Coolermaster Silent Pro Gold 800watt EVGA GTX 560Ti 2GB Intel 120GB (320 series) (add another for RAID0 when prices drop) Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB
The case is a Coolermaster Cosmos S, it was given to me for free, but I really don't like it that much, especially since it's missing a bunch of the accessories like the front drive bay toolless clips, and the proprietary 24-pin power cable extension that makes the power button on the case function properly which Coolermaster wont respond to my email for a replacement. In the pic is a 550Ti 2GB but I just did a Step-Up to a 560Ti 2GB for the extra umph
I'm getting a Corsair 650D to swap it all into soon... that sexy fuck
Thing has chewed through any game I care to throw at it so far. Not the most amazing build ever but it sure as fuck was a big upgrade for me and should last for several years of upgrades at least.

You took the cover off right? Or is that a transparent case side? That would annoy me.

Pimpin rig, nothing beats that fresh computer feel. Shame that case is missing stuff, it always looked like a really nice one.
That Corsair looks pretty dope. Myself i am not a fan of the side cut outs, I like my computers to be free of lights and shit.
Hell I am still rocking an old antec from a decade ago. I guess I like a case I can stand on. Had a friend cut a hole in the top for a large fan, it was a hot box. Sadly the bearing(?) in the water cooler pump where fucked... But I still have the big fan.
Not mine but it looks just like it.

I took the side off... the power button on the case is a special touch sensitive groove (not an actual button) It requires a special 24pin extender cable to function properly.. which I don't have... so I have to turn it off/reset via the motherboard buttons, so I just leave the cover off Hence I'm just getting a new pimp case

I have the same case, I would never get another one. My cat jumps on the case and consistantly turns it off using the touch sensitive power button. I can't figure out a way to discourage her as the case is too tall to fit under my desk. It's a nice case, just doesn't personally suit my needs. Also the case fans were broken on arrival and it was a major hassle to get it replaced.

Case - Free (work - used for a LAN event) PSU - Free (won it at work) SSD - Free (won it at work) P67 + H60 + RAM + CPU + 1080p monitor + 1TB HDD = $500, used from a coworker. He barely had them for a month. ~$800 worth of hardware brand new GPU = ~300 Fan controller - $30 Various Cables - 20
Total of about 850
Learyfan... No I did not =/ They recently downsized. But I'm still at my good job, working up

It's a great case indeed. But without any of the toolless drive bays, kind of annoying, and without a working power switch, doubly so It's also way bigger then what I actually need since I don't do any waterloops or anything like that.

Yeah, I agree on the bigger thing - I ordered it, not knowing it was that big - I was pretty sure I checked dimensions but I was psyched to be getting a new pc I'm not sure if I actually did or not. Anyway delivery arrives and the box is HUGE, I mean MASSIVE, and then I opened it and it wasn't much smaller at all. My family made fun of me, heck I made fun of myself, but it is a nice looking case. Mine is a bit beat up now it's almost 4 years old and the computer has been through hell, it was doomed from the start in many ways. Next time I'm probably just getting a mac. (Not for gaming)

PC FTW! Can't build a mac like that And this will do anything a Mac can do. It's a "full-tower" case that support E-ATX motherboards and is also designed to support watercooling radiators in multiple locations.. so yeah it's gonna be massive. My board is E-ATX but only slightly bigger than standard ATX and it has the same standoff locations so I'm just going to swap into a sexier mid-tower case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139006 That case supposedly only supports ATX but my board will fit in it no problems, it just covers like half of the first row of cable routing grommets

i kindah like the look of this fractal case, it's quite comparable to the corsair case w/ cable management but w/ only 2 5.25 bays and 8 3.5", also has usb 3.0 front panel for what it's worth

I like it... like that it has a side panel fan.. not sure if my board would fit in there though.. without covering some of those grommets I know for sure my board will fit in the Corsair case though, as you can see in this pic, same board, same case.. it just almost covers half of the first row of grommets- http://www.modsrigs.com/UploadImages/881847_27886_04.jpg

heard, the 650d looks great and have had my eye on it awhile as well.. i'm not a huge fan of the glass side panel, but really is only a minor quibble, it's so spot on in every other facet.

yes it is... my only major complaint is the lack of side panel fan/vent.. literally the only thing I have a problem with.. I've been looking at other cases that offer similar features and have a side panel fan... but none of them come close. I was considering a HAF X before, as I've built a few systems before with them and liked them..although not crazy about the style/look.. but after ogling that Corsair for a few days, the HAF X looks like cheap cheesy crap in comparison lol. The 800D is nice but just way too much and I don't like the hot swap bays.
Other than that I love absolutely everything about 650D. Possibly the best cable management options I've seen in ANY case, which I am super OCD about It's clean, it's functional, it's got room for everything, it's got all the little details that lots of cases leave out or cut corners on I'm just why they didn't include a side panel fan. They will probably add that later as an option or different model..
