What do trippers do for a living?

Say people who would call themselves 'acidheads' or hardcore trippers?
I know this is a general question to ask but really this is being asked openly with the acceptance that trippers can do all sorts of things. I just wonder how many professed psychedelic hippies actually went to say medical school, started bands or even opened up some kind of business or something?
I guess selling drugs is the obvious answer but I know many trippers are into art, music, chemistry, etc...

Just regular peeps doing regular things...being an occasional tripper wouldn't realistically alter one's academic or social schedule imo. But that's not to say some out there wouldn't take it further, I'm just speaking generally

actually, despite the hype and glamor, dealing drugs is the dumbest fucking low paying always on call shit jobs you can have.
i would guess most people tripping hardcore all the time are in school. probably liberal arts. but then, chemistry, botany, marketing.. hm, my best answer is students that go on to do fulfilling careers.

Lots of the 'hardcore trippers' in my town earn a living by panhandling and stealing. But I live in a real big hippie town where such lifestyles are embraced.

What do non-trippers do for a living?
These questions are both equally as broad. The only thing trippers necessarily have in common is an ability to question some of the outdated laws in our world.

No way. "Hard core trippers" is a very, very small segment of the population. "Non-trippers" is nearly the entire population.

You're right, I kind of glazed over that wording. Someone who self-labels as an "acidhead" is probably a rarer breed.
What I was trying to get at is I think the stereotype of people who trip only being artists or drug dealers isn't very accurate. Francis Crick? Bill Gates?

Low paying? Yeah right dealing drugs is highly lucrative that's why ballers take all the risk.

Computer help desk right now, working my way into network administration once I climb the company ladder for maybe another year or so.
I make $18.36 / hour normally, $27.54 / hour on overtime, and $45.90 / hour for working on company recognized holidays. Once I get into a net admin role, that pay scale should almost double, give or take depending on the scope and architecture of the network.
2 year degrees are not bad at all for making decent money if you can follow them up with industry recognized certifications or applicable work experience

I'm working on a masters degree in a small sub-discipline of nuclear physics. I don't want to go into detail becouse there are only a handful of schools that even offer the degree. But due to the demand of the position students enter the market at 75-80k annually and have the potential to earn upwards of 180-200k annually after 10-15yrs of industry exp.. Anyway... That's what this tripper is doing..
