Man I had to go see my PO one time after a huge night of binge drinking and taking adderall for off label purposes. Oh and I stayed up all night, and took adderall throughout the work day. Man my hands were shaking hardcore as I was signing in at the front desk, I even signed in under bond supervision and got corrected by the front desk lady.
That kind of took away any confidence I had of appearing straight, and sitting in the waiting room was like a good old bad trip. Well, come visit time I just kind of put on an innocent face and just told him all the sad things going on in my life and asked his honest advice on whether or not it violated my probation to associate with my felon brother in law. It seemed to get him thinking differently and was like hmmmm well what's his convictions....hmmmm I guess I don't know, if he's drinking or doing drugs, then NO GET OUT OF THERE, but I don't know the nature of your relationship, maybe your helping him, maybe he's helping you, but the main thing is that you're getting your life back.
