My girlfriend (of 7 weeks) said my penis was too small to satisfy her...And that her ex boyfriends penis was bigger than mine and he satisfied her more than I do. My penis is 4.5 inches long and 3.5 inches in circumference..I was never really insecure about my penis before she said this.

Honestly, it sounds like this relationship is over. You could spend the next few weeks trying to show her what you can do, but that would probably only be emasculating and, ultimately, fruitless.
There are plenty of women for whom you're more than sufficient (and for whom your GF's ex would have been too big).

Ok but im 24 and have never had a girlfriend before and i really don't think anyone else will like me especially now that i have a small penis.
Ive been texting her all night and she says she still likes me and everything she just doesn't want to have sex i also told her i love her and she said she thinks that's really sweet of me to say so i have that going for me

I don't think she would do that to me as long as we are together. Her ex boyfriend has a girlfriend, so even though she still hangs out with him a lot at least he is taken now.

Ok well now you are making me nervous, if she wants to have sex with other guys which i don't think she does i think she would break up with me but i don't want that either..
Maybe i should just break up with her but i don't want to throw away everything we have. I am very committed to making it work if its possible but i don't want to be lead on. i don't think its as simple as just ending the relationship after all me and her have been through together.
