I had a few interesting experiences.
When I was meditating in front of a mirror for quite some time, my appearence began to change.
my body became of a darker tone and a bright white turban became visible on my head.
I don't know if this was a past life regression, but I felt very serene...
What about you? Have you had one?

I have had four complete recollections, at the hands of a psychologist who traveled to India, became interested in past life regression therapy and bought it back with him. He is primarily a psychologist though and does not advertise his past life therapy. I would advise people to be suspicious of anyone who sold this form of therapy, especially if they openly advertise it and have no formal education.
I am not sure if I really believe the past life experiences I have had as I am a natural skeptic, but they sure are fun and help to relieve the fear of impending death. I believe that they have also allowed me a much greater ability to put myself in someone elses shoes, so to speak.

Yes, I am a hypnotherapist that specializes in past life regressions. Learned Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy. I have facilitated approximately 25 sessions with individuals and have heard some amazing stories and experiences. Also seen what some would label as 'miraculous' healing after finding the cause for current dis-ease as an energetic carryover from one life to another, and releasing it.
Lives as a pure energy being, mermaids, priests in ancient Egypt, abduction experiences. Even one who went to a life as a monkey. Heard (consistent) stories about the spirit side, resting, preparing for the next incarnation. Doesn't matter the belief system coming into the experience, they all report the same things.

Interesting stuff, I have only briefly glimpsed a time between lives. After I was killed, I felt myself lift off out of my body, and felt an amazing feeling of weightlessness as I started shooting around a forest, every movement was a rush of euphoria.
I am still somewhat skeptical that the hypnosis brings out my over active imagination though.

I've been to a location half way across the country with a sense of familiarity. I was able to find my way around easily, recognizing landmarks. Of course, one could argue that this was collective consciousness rather than a past life recollection. A strange experience either way.

During one of the trances in which I was experiencing a past life, I died a very quick and sudden death. However since I was still in the trance I began to experience what appeared to be life after death.
I am not really a believer, but I find the experience to be an amazing yet rather personal one.

Now that's interesting.
Though I'm a total skeptic, especially after reading Journey of Souls and Destiny Souls, I still would like to experience a past life regression session and see for myself.
If only they didn't cost upwards of $200

Make yourself a past life regression hypnosis recording, do it that way. Or download one. I did some past life regression hypnosis a woman years ago, she entered a state of continuous intense laughter, the witnesses freaked out and made me wake her up. I would have let her enjoy it for longer.

Interesting. I am a hypnotherapist, originally trained in the Dave Elman method back in 1989, (with Existential Hypnotherapy and NLP chasers), and lately, in touch with Larry Elman (Dave's son) through Banyan Hypnotherapy. I routinely turn down requests for past-life regression, because I have only wanted to focus on strictly clinical issues and the diminishment/removal of psychosomatic symptomology. BUT...as I approach retirement in my full time gig, I am now considering trance induction for past-life regression, even though I explain to inquiring prospective clients that the unconscious mind confabulates amazing dramas every night, and that transmigration, metempsychosis, reincarnation, and rebirth are all uncritically thrown together by unlearned Westerners. I do not want to take a fee for going along with people's fantasies and imaginative expectations. Neither can I guarantee clinical results, let alone metaphysical ones.

I suggest you look into it. Dolores has been doing this for 40 years and is having some amazing results. I suggest reading some of her books to get an idea of what kind of information is coming through. The Convoluted Universe series is a good place to start.
Of course one cannot guarantee clinical results, or metaphysical ones. But Dolores has facilitated sessions where people experience "spontaneous remission" of cancer, AIDS, Thyroid problems, rebuilt cartilidge in joints, the straightening of scoliosis of the spine (client walked out 3" taller), etc. You name it and it can be fixed if it is appropiate for the client...I myself have not had the opportunity to work with such types of things, but I am sure that is due to my level of practice with the technique. Once I am able to facilitate those types of results the clients will begin to show up.
Psychosomatic symptomology is ridiculously easy to let go of...since you'll find that it is often caused by an energetic carryover from a previous life, often the death experience itself. All physical problems have a metaphysical source. Identify that root cause, and if it is appropriate for the client, it can be 'healed' instantaneously. We are meant to be in perfect health but when we get out of balance with who we truly are, that is when we invite dis-ease into our lives. One 2 hour session is all it takes to transform lives.
In addition, the past life regression is just a means to an end. Important information can be gleaned through it and released but the ultimate goal is to contact the client's subconscious/superconscious/higher self, whatever you want to label it. This portion of themselves that knows everything about them, past/present/future. The love and presence of this portion is amazing, I am frequently blown away by the power and knowledge of this level of consciousness. There is a difference, you can hear it and feel it. The client's voice will change change and begin speaking of the client in the third person as he/she or as we. The clients often report it being strange to hear themselves speak, yet it is not their conscious mind that is speaking, they are just an observer.
I initially questioned whether this is part of an overactive unconscious. But do your clients regularly cry when going through treatment? I would say that about 80-90% of my clients cry at some point during the regression, especially when they get to the other side after the death experience and they come into full realization of the mistakes they made, or how they have hurt others, or forgotten the reason they incarnated until that moment.
Also, when clients describe the spirit side they all say the same thing, consistent across age, gender, and belief systems. I was skeptical at first, but having witnessed and experienced the transformative nature of this modality first hand, I no longer have any doubt reincarnation and the veracity of what my clients are reporting.

I always had a strong stabbing pain sensation in my lower back. In one of my past lives I relived being stabbed in the back. After this session, I never had this same pain again. Never mentioned it to the therapist but it was a bizzare experience.
