My friend won 2 on reddit  gave me one.
I haven't played since highschool, so my fire has not yet be rekindled....until it installs lol. probably get insta pk'd by someone.

blargh, would play the tar out of some d3 about now if i had a key... but the way i see it the game will finally be released shortly after the seasons change and it's all beautiful outside and i could really give a fuck..

I hope that PK is still available in D3 but I bet it won't be. D2 pk on USWest...those were the days.

I broke down and accepted blizzards offer where I get a free copy of D3 as long as I hold my warcraft sub for 1 year. Play WC a couple times a week getting burnt out.. cant wait till D3 gets released for something new!!

I'm not really seeing much in Diablo 3 that makes me want to play it.
Graphics are not that good.
Game play seems to be the same ol` Diablo 2 style.
It will kill some time for sure. Not sure if it will be that memorable of a game.

I was highly disappoint. Seems pretty rigid. has the playability and quality of neverwinter nights with 500x more zombies.

just seems they used technology that is like 8-10 years old to make it. which is apparently right up your alley

yah yah, rub it in punk, lol, but it's really for the best that i don't run windows... left to my own devices i'd spend way too much time playing video games, so i just hope for maybe one decent one a year to fiddle with in my OS.

oh lame, that's what i hate about MMOs, the whole go do my chores and i'll give you some new clothes aspect... I haven't played Diablo since the original, where you just dug your way deep down into hell... 4 player co-op was a blast back in '97 or whatever, but i was hoping the game would just be tougher w/ boss strategies and things, no potioning your way through it and spamming your mouse attack button, but rather boss strategies and things that really keep you on your toes... the graphics don't bother me so much i guess, i just want a multiplayer game where you don't have to keep up w/ the Joneses and do lots of tedious shit just to actually get a group and go into a dungeon like you would w/ an MMO.

There are supposed to be tons of skills in the full version, that may be a redeeming factor. it is set up left/right click primary/secondary skill and than 1-9 hotkeys.
I hear what you are saying, I had skyrim for over a month before I installed it in fear of what I would do, or not do for that matter.
