Actually they consider me a techno cowboy here at the PD.
I have gotten promotions from using this site to bust you criminals.

Just happened to come in the anonymous section.
I browse the cultivation forum looking for large scale grows.
If they post a nice one and say its theirs and their location is listed in my state I tell my lieutenant, he phones who he needs to and the rest is history.
We also browse marijuana sites and the like.
I have only had 2 busts thus far, but have a few in the works
