Edmond police recover 1,041 doses of LSD

 An Oklahoma City man arrested by Edmond police had 1,041 doses of LSD in his pickup, a police spokeswoman said.
Eliot Matos Casiano, 18, was arrested on complaints of trafficking LSD and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was in the Oklahoma County jail Tuesday on $25,500 bail.
It was one of the largest LSD busts ever made in Edmond, said Glynda Chu, Edmond police spokeswoman.
The LSD was valued at $10,410, or $10 a dose, Chu said.
Casiano was arrested Sunday after an officer reported seeing a pickup abruptly changing lanes in the 2100 block of Broadway Avenue, according to a police report released Tuesday.
The driver was apologetic and refused to look at the officer, who noticed the driver's hands were shaking while getting his license and an expired insurance card, the report stated. A police dog was used to locate drugs in the pickup.
LSD was found in the driver's pocket and wallet and in the pickup, the officer reported. Small plastic and glass items that contained a powder residue also were found in the pickup.

bail was pretty low too.
The article doesn't say a drug dog indicated on the vehicle, it says the dog was actually used to locate the drugs. The way it was written though is unclear what the author meant.

This guy deserves it if he is that stupid to drive like an idiot with over 10 sheets and other drugs in the car... If transporting large amounts of LSD, always drive without anything that will trigger a dog and don't act nervous. The cops never going to know you have drugs in the car if you are calm and collected. I was pulled over 1 minute after finishing a bowl and my friend had an Oz, scale and bowl on him. The cop didn't know because we are't retarded...

I originally thought this, but if the guy was constantly avoiding eye contact he probably was high.

That actually seems really high to me, its been a few years, so maybe its changed, but I would have felt pretty ripped off to buy a couple hits for 10 bucks a piece from a stranger at a concert, but 5 was a pretty good price. 5-7 years ago sheets were $250 if you had a good hook up and bought a couple at once. Has it really gone up that much?
