 MyMathLab - Anybody know anything about this?

I got a free access code for seventeen days. After that expired I bought the access code online, but for some reason I used the username and password from two years ago, which was for an old version which is why I had to buy a new one in the first place, and now all work was deleted for the class. Is it because I used the old username and password for buying the access code, or because I bought the access code after the free one expired?

I use this for math in my college.
Maybe because its 2 years old? I dont really understand what your saying.

I couldn't use my old access code because that was for the old MyMathLab. It changed that same year.
I made a new account for temporary access a few weeks ago, which expired, so I bought a new one online yesterday.
Without thinking I used the old username and password when buying the account. Now I have no work there that I did. I read somewhere that work would be deleted if I don't buy an access code before the free one expired, but I don't know how old that is.
