PF Tek Jars Colonizing (DETAILED PICS, CHECK THEM OUT!)

So after rushing to inoculate my jars only about 4.5 hours after p.c. sterilization, I was very concerned the past few days. To my good luck, I have noticed mycelium growth today!

The jars (half pints) have been incubating at 72-79º for the past 5 days, and were each inoculated with 2cc's of Ecuador spores.

Pics comin in an hour or so...

How long did it take till you saw Myc growth? Ive got 30 1/2 pints going right now, its been about 4-5 days and i havent seen much of anything yet, i havent really checked them today, i figured i should probably keep the incubation chamber closed as often as possible..

I have no colonization at the bottom yet, is it safe to invert the jars in the incubator?

I don't think that it will make much difference if you invert them in the incubator. You also run the risk of contams in your layer of verm working their way down to your substrate.
