my well-being schedule

work sucks. when i get home, i need some serious recharging. i usually zonk out and mentally talk to myself, i am recharging, recharging, still got 2 hours until back to work...

i could break that time up and make my time much more worthwhile, memorable, and conducive to physical mental health.

i got 3.5 good hours in the evening

30 minutes of meditation
>>>includes binaural beat or biofeedback or audio-visual entrainment

30 minutes of hackysack
>>>>flow and aerobic exercise

30-60 minutes meal preparation for next day

30 minutes of reading or continued learning

30 minutes of work towards side business

30 minutes of eating somewhere


What do you think? the only hang up i have is the lack of free time to do whatever i want, which i feel is important.

I think you need free time to at least smoke a doobie and chill. 2 hours or so.
