 LSD charges filed Against Boone Man

Watauga County, NC - Last Friday, Detectives from the Watauga County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Unit arrested Nicholas Jonathan Parks, 29, of Clint Lewis Rd. Boone. Parks was arrested and charged with six counts of trafficking Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) and two counts of maintaining a dwelling for the sale of a controlled substance. These charges stemmed from an operation which began in December of 2011 and concluded last Friday. During the operation officers were able to purchase over 3000 hits of LSD from Parks, with 1200 hits of LSD being purchased in December 2011 and the other 1800 hits of LSD being purchased in 2012. The investigation is ongoing and further arrests are expected

I doubt that... Most of the law enforcement officers I have met are deathly afraid of LSD. They've been effectively taught it's the worst substance in the world. I had a police officer tell me that taking 1 hit of LSD was more dangerous than using heroin on a regular basis

I'd definetly say someone flipped on him because...I don't care what substance you deal in, NO WAY would I distribute anything that was worth that much to someone I didn't know for a very long time and had connections. Therefore I concur with ya'lls idea about someone snitched him. sad sad day

Is this true? About the 30-50 cooks at any given time. I find that hard to believe. I know that LSD cooks are as rare as they come, but I would bet the over on 50 worldwide cooks.

Family is as real as the ideology, but em bre O is correct in saying that fam HAS snitched on other fam before. However, notice the lack of LSD cooks getting arrested?
Its extremely, EXTREMELY rare to bust an LSD lab.
That is because there really IS a "family wall" that someone else described. The cooks are completely isolated from distributors.

I've confirmed it. I knew the guy that was popped.
Not personally, but I've worked with him before, like 4 years ago.
This is extremely unfortunate. He was an extremely bright fellow with a good heart.

AND then the turmoil of all the "LOT FAMILY". You will have cats that come along that shine for a bit and then rip off all their "FAM" even after years!. Most of the time cuz junkiedom is so accepted on lot. More retarded is that when ya get popped on lot its hard as hell to get the same fam ta get ya bailed out. Shit, alot of lot workers get out and never go bak to court. then years later when everyone is bak on tour they get picked up and end up in prison.
anywho........the higher ups even know the lack of "love" on lot these days. Believe me, Lot family is a myth to make someone feel they are part of something because real fam dont use ya up. Get past the glitter and watch.....you will see what i say.
