Hey guys, I found a bunch of these today. I was thinking they are Lyophyllum, but they have an annulus.
Habitat: Under live oak in leaf litter.
Gills: Beige, adnate or slightly decurrent.
Stem: 4 inches, slightly swollen at base with brown discoloration, very thin annulus
Cap: Yellow-tan, smooth, dry, very firm
Spore print color: Spore print pending
Bruising: no bruising apparent
Other information: normal mushroomy smell. They are growing in a pretty tight cluster, but each mushroom seems separate and not attached to its neighbors.

Thanks guys. Seems to fit the pictures and descriptions online. I forgot to mention that there are rhizomorphs on the bottom of the stipe, which seems to be consistent with Agrocybe.
I knew I'd seen something like these before, but couldn't remember what it was. Seems like they aren't particularly tasty which is a shame since there is a pretty big clump of them.
Has anyone tried eating these before?
