Looking for a quality strain that will give me quality buds. I'm not fussy with the whole indica vs sativa high, its all about quality over quantity. Grown in nsw Australia in a prepared and work soil site.

i have a couple mango strains that go well outdoors nice dense buds it really depends on the growers personality

Tropical climate? Mine is more temperate arid during grow season. The only time I use the scrub/pines is seedbanking. Had some beautiful purple/pink phenos I lost along with a one cola dwarf. Bad times.

Interested to see if anyone has any input into this thread - I am also contemplating a grow in NSW at the moment.
I have over 200 seeds that are all 7 years old - I have tried to germinate two thirds of them with no success - down to the last third now. I did germinate some of the same seeds around 5 years ago, maybe they are just too old now?
If that does not work then I am planing to order some seeds from the green house seed company - mostly to give them something back after watching their strain hunter vids.

Watch the grow session videos they give a good run down of the growth and expected harvest -for some reason they take a long time to download, but well worht a watch.
The Strain hunter vids on Africa, Marocca and India a worth a look on youtube as well.

There was a breeder from there few years back that did the ducksfoot. I remember big tall crazy plants. Then there was a strain Mulimbimbee Madness (SP)? That was a pretty crazy looking outdoor strain. Thing about all that outdoor work is you want something in return for the hard work. I personally would spend a little more on genetics. Nirvana has a reputation for 'beginner' strains. It all takes the same amount of work and luck so I would spend a bit more on quality. Best bet is get a few females going prior to planting time and take clones from them. No use planting males. Someone mentioned greenhouse seeds too. Even though they have 'won' numerous cups and may have good smoke in their cafes I have heard bad stuff as far as seeds. Likely to have some not germinate and some to go hermy. From what I hear Serious seeds has taken over Magus genetics....Magus may have some good outdoor strains. I've always been impressed with Serious quality and I don't think they would take on someone else's line if it wasn't right. Also might want to look at Mendocino Madness form THSeeds....think that's supposed to be a good outdoor strain...

Good luck with 7 yo seeds, all goes downhill from 3rd year without great storage conditions.
Super Sk is great - nice and fast.
Ice ok , but better indoor.
Never had a single haze or jack herer (lovely and oily) finish properly outdoor. Greenhouse helps though...

O i have access to ******, what strain from them do u suggest? have you tried papaya?
Yeah been talking to blokes and it seems LR sativa etc is pretty much extinct now.... due to indica being shorter flowering and less hight and more stoned than high.
is ******* Durban true?

Just checked the last lot then and nothing after 3 days...looks like I will being ordering some seeds over the net.
Anyone with a suggestion for a decent sativa strain that does not grow to high?
