 Amanita muscaria - Trip Report

I am currently growing some Psilocybe Cubensis, and have never tripped before. I started to become impatient so I ordered 25 grams of Amanita muscaria (they sent another 25 grams for free.) So this is what happened:
I ate 3.5 large caps (Pileus only). It smelled of almost strong smoking tobacco, so I had to down it with orange juice. Very dry and unpleasant. I sat for 30 minutes and surfed the Shroomery and Tumblr.
Effects:
I soon began to become very hazy, dizzy even. My body felt like it was shifting to the side. I became really hungry so I went and grabbed a lunchable (heck yes.) After eating I found myself to be more sleepy than I have ever been in my life. I laid back and literally passed out. I woke up 8 hours later.
I don't feel that I missed anything, as visuals are rarely ascribed to Amanita. Mainly wanted to make sure that my weak stomach could keep down shrooms. Think I might be constipated today.

Amanita mushroom experience is nothing like psilocybe mushroom experience, but I assume you know that

From my experience, I have made a habit of Fly Agaric, just my preference. I however, don't suggest liberty caps very strongly, first time with libs was good, second not so much, unless soul crushing depression is your thing.

Years ago, I was out hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park in the "Never Summer" Range. I just love that name! I was looking around for Psilocybes, but was aware that they are not that common in Colorado. We had chowed down on an amazing feast of Chanterelles we found while in Yellowstone Wyoming.
This time I found some bright red Amanita Muscaria on the trail. I was aware this mushroom is notorious! I ate a couple of them and to my surprise it produced absolutely no effect what so ever. It must have provided me with a few calories. but that's it. I was as deep in the pine forest as you can get. I was prepared for a bad trip, reading as I had about the nature of this drug, but I didn't think it would be nothing at all! Stay Away from Amanita Phalloides! Yikes!
