 oakridge monotub colonizing update

So i spawned 4 quarts of oakridge to straight coir (1 brick). It was spawned on feb 3rd. I accidently deleted how it looked the other day, but this is how its looking today, i cant wait lol, thanks for all the help guys/gals

I've been seeing some 100% coir grows lately that look pretty good... I'm beginning to wonder why we've been adding vermiculate this whole time... I mean, I know it holds moisture, but it obviously isn't necessary, and it doesn't add any nutrients, so why bother?

You eyes are better than mine since you can see it in person. But I see a few areas on the sides that don't look colonized yet. I would wait for that to colonize before fruiting.
If you think it hasn't colonized those spots yet because the coir is too soggy then you might consider soaking up any pooling water with the corner of a paper towel. Not sure if that's the case or not

As long as you're in a clean room and you spray the room prior to opening the tub you should be ok. I would let the air settle for a few minutes after spraying. Work quickly and smooth.
But hey it might not be overly wet, maybe it just needs another couple days to finish up.

Lol. You're probly fine man. Most likely metabolites if anything, and I can't see anything from the pic, so I wouldn't worry too much. I THINK you will be totally fine, although I can't guarantee it.
And I definitely want to see the results of this, so keep us posted! I'm possibly considering an Oak Ridge mono, but I haven't seen anything too impressive from this strain. If your tub looks sweet then I just might have to jump on it.
