Running feels fucking liberating. :thumbsup:
While on the topic, I would recommend trying to walk a mile or two each morning, and then work your way up to jogging. If you are overweight you could lose 30 pounds in a year, and if you're really skinny you could put on a bit of muscle.
I'm trying to do this myself, but at best I only manage to go for a walk 3 to 5 times a week (I'm shooting for 7).

i could not make the whole mile. i just got back and im sweating my ass off. i had just hopped out the shower to :/. i cant wait till i come back to life, cause im literally half dead. half of me is thriving on memory and imagination and the other half is sleepy and burnt.

Every time I hear about someone getting frying themselves, I have this terribly strong urge to experiment on them. 
I have the most benign of intentions, though... I really want to help you, but my methods may not be the best route.
So, I'll ask the small community here in this thread a very serious question:
Do you all think that a regimen of Micronized Resveratrol and Sulbutiamine would benefit trANce's recovery process?
Because I'm curious to see how it would affect him.

when my friend died the other day i only truly got a few good realizations that it actually happened followed by a few real tears. i can only cry when im drunk. after he died i drank a whole bottle of wine and broke down about it.
