Even Humidity in Greenhouse (condensation problems

How do you get even 100% humidity evenly throughout a greenhouse? My friend has a large PVC frame, wrapped in plastic, and with two humidifiers inside on a cycle timer. He's been messing around with the on/off times and still needs to work on calibrating it into that "sweet spot" I've heard some cultivators talk about. The problem is there isn't much open space outside the shelf so the mist condenses on the shelves and trays, leading to pooling on the trays nearest the humidifier. How can he solve this and get the optimum humidity for fruiting?

Is he using cakes or bags or monotubs? O-o
I'm using cakes and monotubes and have massive condensation in the tent. I just make sure to much water doesnt gather in the drip tray so there isnt pools of bacteria floating about.
Great results so far.
Cakes love lots of water as long as they arnt drowning in pools of it.

@slaphappypills: Haha It's that exact shelf but wider.
@Exiledmonkies: Not cakes, crumbled spawn bags into trays. Uncased, just a sheet of crumpled wax paper to collect excess condensation.

Any input? I also was thinking, why not just skip the trays? As in,
-Inject bags -Let bags fully colonize -Take brick of mycelium and place directly on shelf in fruiting conditions
That way condensation just drips right off the "cake". It wouldn't pool up like in a tray. Would you have to dunk or roll like in a pf tek? I don't think so...

You need to extend the shape of your greenhouse so the humidifiers can sit on the floor and blow straight up next to the shelves, not into them, which as you've found causes the mist to condense and drip. Put trays of perlite to catch the drips, but the best bet is to ensure the output from the cool mist can shoot straight up to the top. RR

@RR: The inspiration for This greenhouse came from a picture you posted up once of yours. It's a large shelf withing a larger pvc shell sleeved in plastic. The mistake was that he put it in a nook in his house that is the exact same size as the shelf, so there is no extra space in the pvc shell for the humidifiers to run on the side. It's gonna be a bitch to move but o well.

Does anyone have an input about trays vs spawn bags directly placed on a wire shelf? There is lots of open space so the brick of colonized mycelium could pin on every side. My friend says he'll try it with a couple trays and report back.
