 Possible shroom deformity?

Hi there, this is is my first grow using a myco bag and i finally got shrooms to grow, but this one looks like its in trouble compared to the other ones.
The first pic is terrible, i know, but the cap is split four ways and the stalk of the shroom is a blue/green and appears to be peeling off. Are they still safe to eat?
What should i do with these? Thanks for any input!!
