First grow progressing very slowly; even after a month the jars are less than half colonized (Pics).

I used B+ spores with the PF tek. I inoculated 3 jars somewhere near a month ago and noticed the progress was moving very slowly. I have my jars in a compartment behind a drawer for stealth reasons, so no light gets to them (is that a problem?). They are kept at correct temperatures. I had left the tinfoil on the lids until i found out that could prohibit proper gas exchange, so I took it off 3 days ago. Whether or not that was the only problem I don't know yet. My question is am i doing anything else wrong? This jar is the most developed but the others are similar.

What size jars are you using? From the pics, the jars look to be bigger than a 1/2 pint. 1 month is approximate full colonization of a 1/2 pint jar. If you are using a jar bigger then that, then it will take longer. And i think it may have been a bad idea to uncover them....I think they should be concealed (air tight) until the cakes are ready to enter the terrarium.

Packing it (the substrate) tight can also slow down growth. I hear it took 2 weeks to see the beginning of growth once because the jars were initially packed.

Those are some giant inoculation holes. Your jars may have stalled.

@HighTek I don't think thats the problem because i was very careful not to pack it down.
Should i loosen my lid or even take it off to help with gas exchange and moisture content. I forgot to mention that i didn't put the tinfoil lids on my jars before sterilizing them so i was worried about my moisture content. Just by looking at it i thought everything was okay because water wasn't pooling on the bottom but maybe i was wrong.

@Evil Toadstool There is tape on the other side of the holes with a smaller hole in it. Growth hasn't stopped completely just moving very slowly.

Negative, don't suffocate your cakes. You want some GE.
And chuck, your holes are -more- than adequate for GE.

But the holes are not as big as the appear. I really only have a hole as big as the needle i used to inoculate. The holes have tape under them with the smaller holes on the tape. Is there still enough gas exchange?

You don't need the tape there after you've PC'd your jars. The dry verm layer you should have put on top of your substrate will act as a wall against contams, if thats what you're worrying about.
wait, did you say you have tape on the inside of your lid? Why on earth did you put it on the inside?

Lol not quite sure, just a stupid first timer mistake. So since the tape is on the bottom should i unscrew the lid and take it off?

Sorry I got called into work for something... I mean, I would strongly recommend not opening your jars until they're fully colonized and you're taking your cakes out to put in your fc, but hold up.
GE might not be your problem here man, I was rereading your original post- how long did you leave that tinfoil on for dude? Leaving that on after you PC your jars (or your inside tape dealio) can trap in moisture and keep that dry vermiculite layer I was talking about earlier damp, which makes it pretty much useless as a filter and leaves your substrate susceptible to bacteria.
So, You could try getting something sterile to poke a bigger hole in the tape so you don't have to take the lid off and just leave it the fuck alone for a while if you want, just keep in mind that GE might not be the problem. Do you notice any smells coming from your jars?
I'm no guru about this shit by any means, but this is what i noticed.

I did this yesterday, guess it was a good thing I didn't take the lids off. I don't notice any smells but thanks for your help.

Did you get the spores from a trusted source?
-------------------- --
Strikes:
- PF Tek with non-sponsor multispore to shotgun box
- contaminated PK cake chopped up with non-sterile knife then thrown under a damp piece of cardboard in a box outside for a few days (super fast, strong myc growth on the cardboard)
Gutters:
- non-sponsor multispore to sponsor grain bag (nuthin', absolutely nuthin')
- non-sponsor multispore to sponsor in vitro grow bag (1 bag yellow contam, 5 bags nuthin', bank account stalled)
- non-sponsor multispore to baby bottle LC (nuthin')
