White mold bubble in shroom honey?

Helloooo! First post here :]
So back in December I bought an ounce of dried mushrooms...they were properly dried and snapped like a cracker. After coming back from break, I took them out of the plastic bag they were in and ground them in a coffee grinder. I then put the powder in a jar with raw honey and had to add water since the mixture was too thick to mix. I'm letting it sit until my boyfriend visits me.
I will post pictures once I get back to my room from class. The honey is brown as it first appeared when I mixed it with the shrooms. However, there is an air bubble on the bottom of the jar that has white fuzzy (mold?) stuff. As far as I can see, it is only contained to this bubble.
Should I worry? I was thinking about removing the stuff (mold?), but if it's contained to that air bubble I don't want to possibly contaminate the rest of the honey. Should I take it out? I'm also worried that the thickness of the mixture may cause other air bubbles I'm not aware of throughout the honey that could contaminate it. Also, is what I think is white mold possibly just mycelium?
EDIT: There are also sketchy dark splotches...please check my second post to give me an idea what it could be :/

Sounds like mold to me... Though, would normally have expected more of a cloudiness to the honey...
If it were me... pour off the honey into a clean dry jar hopefully leaving the bubble, heat the honey in the new jar to 50 C, put the clean lid on and let cool. Make sure you don't over heat it or get water into the honey. Can heat it with the lid on carefully in hot water... Be careful not to have the jar on the bottom of the pan... also use a microwave... Lid off
Maybe some other honey folks can chime in though...

There isn't really a cloudiness to the rest of the honey, but there are dark splotches that just now are starting to worry me.
What would heating the honey do?
Here are pics with the white bubble at the bottom and the dark splotches near the top of the pic:

Honey becomes a vector of contamination when you add water, next time just heat the honey up if its too thick. Without water honey can last hundreds (possibly thousands) of years, with water it can go to shit inside a month.

Fuck. Yep that definitely makes sense that putting water in honey would make it go bad...that's really a pity. Question then, if the shrooms have been in the honey for about a month, is there a possibility it's not yet gone bad? Right now it smells like bread.

That honey looks gnarly... All sorts of less visable micro-oraganisms could also perminate the rest of the honey.
For next time purging jars with co2 for long term storage has some practical benifits over honey, its really easy if you have a source of dry ice.

that smell is the gasses produced by the bacteria. why bread smells the way it does is cause of the gasses produced by the yeast. dont eat this unless you want to experience food poisoning and rainbow barf
