 Best MHRB and Syrian Rue recipes

Hello, All -
I'll be getting in about 100 grams of MHRB and 16 grams or so of Syrian Rue in the next couple days. I've never done anything DMT-related before, and am really looking forward to it.
I've run some searches and found a few semi-complete brew suggestions, but I'd really like to see everyone's best up-to-the-minute MHRB / Syrian Rue recipes/teks that don't involve formal extraction.

It seems like many suggest 5-8g of MHRB to start with, with the warning that 8g is considered a heavy dose for some. I'll cap about 3.5g of ground syrian rue seeds as my MAOI 30 minutes prior to drinking the tea.
Seems like removal of the tannins via egg whites removes much of the nausea and foul taste -- which were my only two concerns with making a brew. I'm very excited now!

I've read somewhere that by slightly toasting in the oven ~ 4 grams of rue (150 degrees or so for a few minutes) that it burns away a lot of the toxins/nasties and may allow for a decent bit of the harmine to be converted into harmaline. I'm no chemist but I'm sharing what I've read.
After roasting, crush the seeds (i used a coffee grinder) and then do a lemon juice or vinegar and distilled water extraction by bringing a few ounces of water to a near boil for 30-45 mins. and then filter with a strainer or something.
I have tried the entire tek above and it seems to work very well with nothing but bliss and reflection with zero ill side-effects when added to ~10 g of mimosa.
rootbark is a different beast but I'm sure you can find countless recipes for it. and be patient - good brews take a while to make.

My first mimosa hostilis trip used four grams of rue and 8 grams of MHRB. 30 minutes X 3 washes each. Evaporate to a shot glass and chug. I saw jaguars and crazy shit. I don't trip visually like that anymore though. I've transcended. Thankfully mescaline takes up the visual slack that my ayahuasca trips lack and paints my living room real nice.
