 Ideas for bulk straw & cow manure substrate w/Pictures

I've been pouring over post after post of different bulk substrate recipe's & have tried one of my own which seems to be doing pretty well but I'm getting ready to a new batch and would like some new ideas on what all I may need to put in it.
The test batch I made had 40% manure, 40% presoaked straw, 15% vermiculite and 5% gypsum then I pasteurized it for 90min at 180degrees (too hot?, too long?). I've read more straw than manure and should I add some coir to it also.
I took a brf cake of cubes that was made from a syringe of water our of my monotub that was colonized but not fruited yet and I had injected into a sterilized glass of brf cake and put a piece of foil over it. It was the first of that batch of brf cakes to fully colonize, the other's were injected with penis envy and B+. 
The first picture was taken on Friday. The second taken last night so it seems to be colonized okay.
Do I need to add any lime or calcium to my substrate or does this seem okay?

Seems like it's doing fine.
You don't want to move or disturb colonizing bulk.
Just leave it on a shelf until it's 100% colonized then leave it there for a few more days to consolidate.
Also, you can take off the coffee filter on those jars in the background.
Coffee filters do nothing against contams.

The jars with coffee filter on them are liquid culture, they have micro spore tape over one hole and a port made from stickier black sponges that I bought from one of the vendors on the other, they have rocks on the bottom that I use to break up the mycellium. Should I go ahead and remove the filters?, I read on one of the teks to use them is why I have.
I made some BRF cakes I made w/manure and some of my liquid culture of pan cam & I want to spawn them to bulk also and I was wondering what type of substrate will work best for it.

Yea, ditch the coffee filters.
That's old bad information to use them.
RR says, "It's like trying to keep a mosquito out w/ a chain-link fence."
I'd just fruit your BRF+manure cakes as is, but if you want to go to bulk w/ them, manure is the way.
