 Weird growths on casing

This my first attempt at casing,Im getting some weird tan growths in the casing. What are they? Good/bad? Also my RH has been steady on my digital gauge holding 99%, should I mist or is the RH enough?? Its been five days in FC and starting to get several pins what do I need to do at this point?

looks like you got some mutant blobs, but dont fret! they are still edible and active!
