I do not come to the door a process server does. Or if were having difficulty serving you the sheriff.

People feel more obligated to answer to the sheriff if they are trying to avoid the service.

Plz record the flipping off of the sheriff =P

Well if I wanted to I could wave all the interest and let them make payments but I never have done that.

And if I wanted to I could erase it off their credit and make it seem like it never happened but if my boss found out I did that I would probably get fired.

Why not? Why dont you open your heart and help people out? You mention you see some shitty people, how so? What about them makes is it that pisses you off so much that you refuse to make their life easier?

i think the one thing that i can definitely say about my personal experience is that i do not care where i end up.. apply for jobs everywhere. you may not like where you find yourself initially but it builds a resume.

I have moved 4 times in the last 3 years and they have all been cross-country. Eliminate borders to your lifestyle and you can do anything.

I get lied to all day. The first thing people do is lie to me. Then I have to poke and prod at what they say. Use some reverse psychology and relate the situation to something their tiny brains can understand like hamburgers.

Then they start to jumble their lies and start to get upset and start cussing at me and calling me rude.

I apologies and then if they accept my apology the conversation can continue. If they do not accept my apologies then I tell them they are not cooperating therefore the conversation is going no were I know were you work and we have copies of your checks.

I am going to move forward on the account and seek the funds involuntarily this is your last shot at paying this account voluntarily. What are you going to do.

I normaly get a FUCK YOU BUDDY YOU CANT BLAW BLAW BLAW I KNOW THE LAW I HAVE AN ATTOURNy.

Oh ok then what is your attorneys name and number I will have to go through your attorney at this point.

FUCK YOU BLAW BLAW BLAW click.

Then I start the paper work.

I put extreme effort in trying to be polite and nice on the phone. It can be sooo hard to do.

Well for most people 10 dollars an hour.

If you have any talent you can get a raise maybe.

The best way to get a raise is to jump from agency to agency.

I am at 12.5 an hour. 12,000 dollar net goal. Everything after 12,000 net I get 20% of.

50 hours is a fuckload actual work in a week.  You ever tried coding for that long?  IMO it's much more taxing to do 50 hours of hard mental work than physical work.

You also get virtually NO respect from women for being a computer programmer. I'm not sure why; it's good honest work. Maybe someone can explain that to me.

Sure.

From an evolutionary psychology perspective, male dominance is attractive to women because of the capabilities of social influence. Possessing resources is one thing, but they have to be relevant either to her needs, or be esteemed as valuable in a context of "other people." Similarly, your valence - or worth - is measured by how well you can manipulate and influence interpersonal relationships. This is why women love men with confidence, it reflects command of other people. In the historical context of our development, face-to-face interaction was more important than solo technical skills (e.g modern day computers).

You say that, but it's simply not true. People who deal with codes all day have a serious mental burden that is equal to the stresses manual labor causes. I'm not undermining either type of job, both can be just as hard as each other. Cramming numbers and communicating all day everyday can be just as exhausting as production or landscaping.
