planetariums are big domes with a screen on the ceiling that surounds you then they project stars and images on them.. with a live narrator or the can be recorded! its dope you should try and find one some day its quite en experience even when ur just normal

there was one mention of Eraserhead, so that remains in my list. (watched it twice now, trying to wrap some others up into it's world while shrooming)
but other then that one... my suggestion for "the best" film to watch, would be Withnail & I.
watching that movie on Shrooms was simply awesome, and a bit frightening.

The Last Unicorn (1982) and Wizards (1977), animated movies with stunning artwork. There are hilarious wtf moments that you wouldn't expect. I enjoyed them a lot with friends.
Coraline 3D must be out of this world! Great idea 
And whoever said Koyaanisqatsi, right on. This movie gets points for being highly rewarding (and safe!) for any altered/non-altered state.

Pan's Labyrinth..
The first time i watched this i was on 6 hits of acid.. the only slightly annoying thing was having to read subtitles to understand what was happening  , but man, what an epic experience..
Although i'm not sure if it was 'good', it was certainly interesting..

so many have already said soo many movies. i usualy dont like the tv much anymore. but ive used it and movies when i felt like i needed to just concentrate or i might slip away ( eventually i quit this and started liking the slip away btw.e)
im surprised the matrix took a bit to be said
pink floy the wall ( already mentioned, but goes with the music so bomb)
fear & loathing ( already mentioned but it can have some weird parts to hallucinate to)

One time me and my buddies got high on mushrooms and watched all of the matrix movies. I don't remember that day, just snippits but I bet the movies were a fucking ride.

Happy Feet 2. My girl and I watched it about a week ago. Well I was kinda bummed thinking about having to sit through it so I snuck off and chomped down 2 g's. Well my girl went to bed 30 mins after it started. So I sat in the dark watching it and it was amazing. So much music, colors, and good vibes.

I watched chronicle at the movie theaters the weekend it came out after having smoked a TON of pot and it was the most frightening/epic experience of my life. It started out so so funny and light hearted and became such an intense story. I could never imagine myself watching this movie while actually tripping.

ENTER THE VOID!!! idk if anyone mentioned it but if ur 'shrooming hard' then watch it. you wont regret it man. basically a drug dealer in tokyo is killed in a bust early in the movie and it shows you the spiritual transition of his reincarnation. it's not a japanese flick, its in english and it's probably one of the best indy films i've seen. REALLY TRIPPY DUDE! seriously, watch it!

I watched Terry Gilliam's Brazil and was blown away. Admittedly I had liked the movie before, but it just came alive when I was tripping
