I remember reading somewhere on here that Cubensis contain approx. .92mg/g of Psilocybin and Cyans are 1.92mg/g

There's no way to know, really. It all comes down to genetics.
Pure psilocybin would be active in the 10-20mg range for low to mid doses, and 20-30mg range for the psychedelic doses, 30+ for high doses.

That can't be right man. There is at least 5mg of Psilocybin in 1 gram of dried shrooms. Probably closer to 8.

I found this quote on the Psilocybin article on Wikipedia, "A typical recreational dosage is 10–50 mg psilocybin, which is roughly equivalent to 10–50 grams of fresh mushrooms, or 1–5 grams of dried mushrooms."

The table from Stamets' book on psilocybin mushrooms show some results for different species including cubensis http://www.erowid.org/plants/mushrooms/mushrooms_info4.shtml It doesn't say on the page, but the percentages are based on dry weight (says so in the book).
For cubensis active mushroom content is listed as about .6% psilocybin and .6% psilocin and very little baeocystin.
But keep in mind the disclaimer on the page: "Please note that these do not represent average values for widely sampled populations. Just because a mushroom species has some samples that show high or low concentrations does not mean that all mushrooms of that type have levels matching those in this chart."
The studies quoted are a bit old, if anyone knows of better data/studies please share.
There is also http://www.shroomery.org/6257/Magic-Mushroom-Dosage-Calculator which may be of more practical help.
