So my brother got me a few seeds for xmas and I'm wondering wtf I should do with the peppers? I love my spicy foods but damn, these suckers are on a whole different level... Any recipes or suggestions would rock.

They should work well in any food you want to make spicy...
I use habaneros in my stir-fry, so those would probably substitute
well. Spicy soups of some sort?
Keep in mind that the reason they were the hottest pepper was not
entirely genetics. The record breaking peps were grown using worm
casting tea as well as growing in a country that is somewhat close to
the equator.
Not to say that your peppers won't be hot as fuck, but if you had
some bhut jolokia, I doubt you would be able to tell the difference taste-wise.

Killer. Thanks for the insight. I'll be putting these bad boys in a stir fry for sure. Perhaps I'll even whip together a batch of hot sauce.

Well it would appear that I have about seven seeds that have germinated. They're all looking healthy and happy under a humble CFL. It's going to be a while before I can actually cook with the peppers but I'll likely be trading a few of the plants and seeds once they are mature enough as I really have no need for seven plants of this insane pepper.
While I was planting, I noticed a cracked seed out of the lot and decided to eat it. Hot damn, if a single seed can make me turn red, I cannot imagine how hot the fruits are going to be

I have a few grams of these, I keep em in vials, they are incredibly hot,... obviously. Its a different kind of hot, its a stinging terrible mace like heat that I cant really enjoy. I think I have some kind of tolerance to heat as I enjoy lil birds daily, but these things are just ridiculous. You could make curry or anything really. Take a lil bit, heat up in a pan in some oil and fry and egg.
