Nevada shroom hunting

This mushroom was found growing by the river under a cow dung. they a rather small. the average temperature has been 40-50 degrees. these were found today February 12, 2012. i have been looking for gym species, but i found these i'm not sure if gym species grows on cow dung. no sporeprint. it has been raining and wet where it is at.

With the toothy white remnants of the partial veil on the edge of the cap in photo 2 I would say you found Panaeolus papilionaceus. Gills are the wrong color. Maybe Deconica coprophila? Not active. Gymnopilus will be growing in or near the forest on fallen logs, and also possibly in woodchip beds around gardens, parks, etc.
