 im coming back to reality a little at a time

it feels weird. some of you know what happened to me with the 2ci. the past 8 months have been hell. and today i can see reality and i can also see imagination. i dont know what it is going to take to bring me all the way back to reality, but im scared of imagination. this is so hard. i cant stay awake and here in the real reality. i dont know where to go or what to do. action is key but i dont know what to act upon when im stuck in the house. ive been under sea level and submerged in imagination and illusion for a long time now, and right now im feeling a brake through. its so hard to learn right now and hard to see something and have it implanted in my mind. even just typing this its like i get lost and i dont want that anymore, im ready to start my life but its so hard for me

A foundational lesson I learned from Advaita Vedanta is to let "you" just happen. That is, don't get to hung up on being you, anxious about thoughts, hanging onto to your personality, etc. I don't know where you are exactly, or where you're coming from. But its the attachment to our ego selves that cause all of our problems. If you're feeling really disconnected from who you think you are this can be either a gift or a hindrance. Conventional reality is thoroughly practical, it keeps us from stepping in front of a bus or starving to death, it allows us to reproduce, and simply just get on with existence. We were never meant to get swallowed up by it.
I know from my trips I need a lot of time to integrate the experience. Perhaps you are having trouble integrating or coming back to the consensus reality everyone else lives in. When I have this problem I try to stay where I'm at, above the bullshit, and just let the person everyone else believes is me do his thing. No one ever seems to notice. Then I either stay in the "beyond this reality state" for a while or get hung back up on this ego trip. Either way I learn from it and grow and move on to new territory for mind expansion.

Go see a psychologist it will help immensely. We have professionsals trained in this stuff.

Where in Florida are you, I'm in FLA as well.
Can you direct me to a thread where you've discussed what you're going through? I'd like to understand what's going on with you a bit.
Professional help is a good idea if that's an option, so I second nonduality's recommendation.

Maybe you can work some basic job and take care of yourself one day, and no more drugs ever for you.
