Man... my appetite has been down the whole weekend, my gf of over 2 years broke up with me out of the blue with a phone call.. it was messed up.  Im ready for this appetite to come back so I can use this as motivation to get more fibraz in the gym and push it to all new levels.

Eh. That sucks bro.

When my girl left me I lost like 20 pounds.

I was 200 when we were together and 180 a month or two after she left.

I would try to eat like I used to and I would seriously just throw up my food. Straight up vomit it back into the trash can.

Was feeling lazy today, but took a power nap after work and got my motivation up. Had a good workout and 20 minute jog to warm-down.

The cycling definitely spends me physically, but surprisingly doesn't disable me from weight training, thus far anyways.

Really tired now though.

Good job dude! That's awesome you've been keeping your fitness up! Today is my 5x7 at 335; which is gonna be tough! Working to my 500 for sure!

For squats? I'd say 8, just so you feel like you've let someone down if you don't hit it haha only kidding.

6 is a good number.

6 it was, disappointingly good guessing guise. 5 was the minimum I was shooting for so 6 was okay. could have done 7 fo sho, 8 probably, but I like to leave a bit in the tank for walking the bar back in. crumpling to the floor after a set isn't my style.

sorry man.:frown:
if I had a power cage and a spotter I would have gone for the 8, but with a squat rack like this

coming even close to failure is not a sane option.

feeling a bit under the weather today but I don't have a fever so I'm about to head out for some cardio n a sauna session to sweat out this bull shit.  I'm lean and mean right now with striations returning in my shoulders, my bicep peak is more noticeable than before and abs peeking through the fat I gained recently.  I'm sorry to hear about your girl rumble but you have a positive mindset to turn this into motivation which is impressive and no doubt you'll bounce back strong.

Skipped my workout yesterday. I forgot a fork in my lunch and barely ate all day, then worked a couple hours OT.

I felt like missing the workout was for the best.

Today i had a slip and dislocated my shoulder. It popped back in, but i think it will be sore tommorow.

I might be off for a few days??!

Definitely skipped my workout today, my muscles are so damn sore in my legs. They remind me every mintue to stretch them out, then they only get tighter. Gonna rub some horse ointment on them tonight and relax.

Which do you guys prefer the low-bar or the high-bar squat? And why?

I like the low bar cuz its safer, and the weight feels more evenly distributed. The only problem is it pinches nerves in my arms/shoulders and makes my arms numb for a couple minutes following.

Just got back from the gym, terrible workout. The inside of my elbow was hurting and was really painful to the touch. I iced it up and it feels decent again, but from what I can gather on the net, it sounds like golfers elbow. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Yup, don't curl as much and do reps with better form. As for now take ibuprofen and take it easy with that arm.

Early Sunday morning workout today.  Blasting delts and abs.  The partying and shit in my life has been replaced with hard work, good sleep, and clean diet.  I feel great.
