    #15792312 - 02/11/12 10:49 AM (3 months, 16 days ago)

My 3rd flush on this cake and there's this off colored spot weird spot, any idea what it is?

Also my myc has never looked like that, is it all good?

That's because it's mold mycelium. Cakes will eventually contaminate no matter what, though 3rd flush is a bit early and that's a lot of mold.

Just a guess here because I don't see any normal myc, did you reroll after the first flush? You only roll in verm the first time you dunk otherwise you add a layer over contaminant spores that have landed on the cake and it gives them a place to grow.

yea for the 2nd flush I re-rolled the entire cake and for this 3rd one I just did the top. So after the first flush dunk only?
