is that a bag of sub/spawn? those grains sure look bare, if it hasn't been mixed in the last 2 days, then the grain should have been colonized, so it's got bacteria, unless there's some other reason why you grain hasn't recovered 
most common is "wet-spot", psuedomonas

I never seen those bags before. I thought that you spawned a jar so WBS to bulk in that bag, I didn't realize that there is grain and bulk in a bag, that you knocked up with a spore syringe.
