fruiting an unknown

So, I have these two cultures spawned to wbs which orinonally came from sporefarmer. They are more than likely mislabeled. Judging by the mycelial characteristics, the enoki MIGHT be enoki but no way is the Hypsizygus correct. I suspect it might be shitake but who the fuck knows...

Since i don't know what they are I am not sure how to proceed with fruiting? I was thinking of just casing them 50/50 like cubes and see what happens? Or? open up the jars and put them in the FC? Whatcha think? I am really curious at this point.

I might just open the jars and stick it in the FC, that would just be the simplest and most likely way to get fruits from your unknown fungi... good luck with figuring that out!
