I cant even smell jack daniels without having to choke back the technicolor
yawn. I recently took a sip of evan williams to prove that I cant drink the
crap. so far, scotch and irish whiskey are all I can handle in whiskys

So far it's pull alot oils/fat out of the pecans.....Rye very good and wheat is even better...

You might just try to make nocino with green pecans instead of green walnuts. The one time I made it several years ago the pecan flavor really shined through.

i think i'm finally becoming okay with scotch. there was a time when just the smell of it made me sick and not even because i was drinking too much of it - i had only tried it a few times, it was just the smell that got me.
i love me the bourbons and the rye though.
