60cc, 14 gauge, you've gotta be kidding. That is a huge spike
Walk into a pharmacy like you own the place and ask for 28 gauge, 1/2", 1cc insulin syringes. If they don't have that ask what the closest is, and if they sell 10 packs or boxes of 100. They'll either sell them to you or they won't, it isn't a crime to ask. Tell them it isn't their business why you are buying them if they get nosy, assholes can't be reasoned with.
Find a way to get some and keep a supply. Don't reuse needles if you like having blood circulate properly through your veins.

If they don't have 1-2 mL syringes that come conveniently equipped with a 1" 29-30 gauge needle, you'd be better off getting them online.
14 gauge would be fucking horrifying.

If you stabbed yourself with a 14 gauge needle, you'd have a chunk of deli meat to make a sandwich with.
