This post is a little unusual. Usually we wouldn't solicit our members for random research chemicals. But I'll let the support ticket speak for itself:

I have confirmed that this is a legitimate request. If there's anyone who has 25I-NBOMe and is willing to send a small sample anonymously by express mail, please send me a PM or contact me via your preferred method of communication. You will be reimbursed for all associated costs and your identity will not be shared in any way, shape, or form. Also please note that this chemical is currently legal in the US, so there's no chance you would be be exposing yourself to criminal prosecution. Thanks to anyone who can help.

I can't believe I have not heard of this or seen any other info on it anywhere. I know quiet a few people attending that school... very unfortunate to hear
hope everyone is ok 
Maybe I can get in contact with the someone who knows the situation more personally and get some report about it

This is very interesting. The shroomery must have quite the good reputation to be asked to be involved in such toxicology work.

They really should obtain this from a legitimate research chemical supplier along with the MSDS, not a user on a message board.

It's all being worked out and it is directly from a lab. Good thinking though

I really hope we get an update as to whether or not they're ok. I am a big fan of RC's but this 25i is flooding the market.As soon as word got out that the 2cs were gonna get banned the NBOMEs have been all over as far as I know they havent had nearly as much research done on them.
It's also incredibly easy to OD on given the small dosage, be careful people!
My thoughts go out to these 4, having medical problems while tripping on a relatively new RC sounds like a nightmare.

The active dose range is so low on that stuff that I'd throw out a guess that they may have overdosed, maybe not properly diluting it or maybe just being ignorant and taking a lot without researching the proper dose.
I have to wonder why they want samples of the stuff, we may very well end up giving them "evidence" that this is a dangerous drug that needs to be emergency scheduled. It may be dangerous or the above paragraph may be true, but either way, I'm wondering why they need the samples at all.

We need to see if there are vasoconstriction issues.
If so, no one should take this stuff.
That doesn't mean that it should be illegal to have, but it would be a better case than there is for the other illegal drugs.
If PMMA and BDF were illegal, with safe psychedelics not being illegal, that would be fine by me.

DAMN! Hope everyone will be okay! I also have a couple friends who attend Grand Valley State University, and I know they do indulge in RC's now and then. Im about to call them right now to make sure they are alright and it isn't them.
That is a scary situation. I wish the best to my fellow Michiganders.
Keep us updated as much as you are allowed too Ythan. This information may be vital to many others. I always warned my friends to quit playing with those RC's, hopefully they will now realize they are called "Research" Chemicals for a reason...

This reminds me of a time Datura was all the rage in Southeastern Michigan a couple years ago. People were sent to the hospital left and right...

Seriously? Who would mind if it was scheduled because of this? What? You wish for it to remain legal? So more can be put in the hospital...?
EDIT: I called my friends who attend GVSU and luckily they are alright, They said they heard about the situation, but they don't know them. I will keep updated with them as to how the 4 are doing. Really Scary stuff.

this was an extremely ignorant comment. MDMA can put you in the hospital, should that be illegal? Ibogaine can put you in the hospital, should that be illegal?
lets face it, the only reason we are in this predicament in the first place is because of drug prohibition. Your average retard isn't taking untested, novel compounds to trip if the tested and long standing psychedelics are legal and accessible.
Fine, make the the NBOMe's illegal, and then even more untested and possibly dangerous research chemicals will spring fourth and become popular. Making chemicals illegal doesn't solve anything.
That being said, untested milligram active research chemicals in the hands of people was a disaster waiting to happen. Gurantee'd this was an overdose from lack of education, not because the compound is inherently dangerous at safe levels.
Beginning of the end for NOMBe, what is next?
