so im not sure how this is all connected but there was a trojan on my computer. the walls are paper thin and ive heard them mention that they know i post here and yesterday i heard one of them say "were those shrooms real, could the cop find anything?" about a day or two after i threw out a baggie with crumbs and an abort or two.
to top it all off i overheard one say to a group of his friends yesterday that i was gay and a wierdo.
wtf is going on? are they just assholes?
are they trying to get me arrested and break the lease? or trying to get me to move out?
frankly there annoying and id rather move out tomorrow but i want the deposit back.

im 90% sure there spying from the router and may have put the tojan on my computer. hence why im posting from my phone.

my big question is could they take me to court if i broke the lease and moved out? i know i can stay with my parents for a few months, but i really cant afford to rent a new place without the deposit back

I don't get it.
- Do you have a good relationship or were there already some tensions?
- Do you openly grow shrooms?
- Are they OK with that?
- What would they win from snitching?
- What kind of skills do they posess to handle a trojan to gather information from your computer? (hackers, computer science students, etc)
- What do you mean by "spying" on the router?
Answer these questions please, because to me you sound like a paranoid freak who flips out because your odd attitude and habits surprise your square roomates.
It seems much more likely that you got a trojan by browsing porn, more than them just knowing how to handle such a program.

Ya, if someone lives with you there are alot of other easier ways to spy on your computer- they could install a keystroke recorder or any number of things.

OP, whose computer is it? If they put a trojan in ur computer, kick them the fuck off, reformate it, and lock them out. U can get many great operating systems online. Im using a bootleg of windows 7 i got from demonoide. pm me if u need an invite 
If its their computer, then u did make a mistake going to the shroomery on someone elses computer when ur not sure if theyre down with the 420. U can try a system restore, or download antiviruses. My sisters used to give me hassole about coming online to this place and so did my dad. Its alright now cause i have my own computer and they never know i login here, thou they know i have an account here. They dont care anymore, im gonna do what im gonna do.
Also, if there is a trojan in ur computer, u should consider changing your password. I sure know i always think about putting keyloggers and stuff in my computer so i can see what people are doing on my shit if i let them use it.

I would try being civil. See if your roommates have any friends that could come in and take over your rent. Or start looking and interviewing people together.. This whole things seems so immature to me, not on your part, but on the part of your roommates.
