Hey thanks a lot for your support!  I've been editing the main post to reflect the most current information, so I don't really have a whole lot to add... according to the latest update from about three hours ago, they are 92% complete, so the transfer should be done today. If everything goes absolutely perfectly I may be able to get us up and running later tonight, but more realistically I'm going to have to do some testing and probably fix a few things so I'm shooting for tomorrow. Either way, we're in the home stretch.

Just got an e-mail that the transfer completed successfully. I'll be testing the setup today and hopefully I'll have uploads re-enabled by this evening.

Got about three comments from people who thought the sign was funny. Got about the normal amount asking for free matches. I wish I could believe they were just trolling me, but based on the reactions I'd get when I started openly mocking them, they really weren't. People are just that oblivious. Makes me wonder what kind of stuff I'm looking right past on a daily basis.
Anyway it's a bit of a case of closing the barn door after the horses are out but I think I'll implement your suggestion now anyway. Still got a little time to go. The transfer is well underway and I'm receiving regular updates. Looks like we're transferring about 13GB every 4 - 5 hours with a total of roughly 225GB left to go.
Oh and whoever commented on the delete button being unavailable... I appreciate the irony but it's for technical reasons. If your image was already transferred over to the new server, and then you deleted it, it would be gone from your list of uploads but it would still be present on the new server when we switch over, and there would be no way for you to directly remove it. Anyway, we're making this switch so people don't have to delete anything if they don't want to.

Everything is tested and working. I'm just waiting for the DNS changes to propagate and we'll be good to go, probably Sunday morning. Thanks everyone for your continued patience.
