 LC contamination?

I filled baby bottles with 200mL water, and added a splash of karo syrup. I pressure cooked all 3 of them and tehy came out a golden color. I inoculated with a spore syringe and put in a 75-82F temperature closet. 7 days later, it looks like this, its like a bunch of little black dots(spores?) with white fuzzy stuff around it, all connected in a big long blob/chain. Is this normal? What is going on? All 3 look like this.

I had one like that once I threw out without even testing it because I assumed it was contaminated. Since then though I have read posts where people have gotten black specks and the LC turned out to be ok
