*New Discovery* Mushroom That Eats Plastic

Hope this would be the correct forum. but...

Found in the Amazon.
Apparently this mushroom can live exclusively on plastic and the kicker is... it can live in anaerobic conditions (without oxygen)!
some hope for clearing landfills?

What do you guys think of this?
