I placed an order to THE in November and had quick and excellent response and service. A few days ago, I made a similar order, had the money taken out of my account, but I have been met with complete and total silence on the part of THE. What gives? Why the change?

Well I hope there's nothing wrong. I just ordered from there too, but it's too soon to tell if I'm going to experience any problems. I can tell you that the charge is still "pending". That's all I know so far. Good luck!

I have an order currently with THE, do they send an email of confirmation or anything? Is it under a different name? My spam filter might have picked it up :x

Got my order yesterday. They do send an email confirmation and it comes from (thehawkseye).
It came just as they said it would, in three days. And syringes seemed to be chocked full of spores (but then again, I've never seen syringes before so for all I know they have cigarette ashes in them).

Ordered Thailand KOH and was very happy with the results, very quick and professional shipping. For sure will order from again. Like being able to use credit card to order as well.

Don't worry, THE takes care of their customers very well. I recently got bunk syringes on the Christmas Special which was clearly stated as a possibility, Ryche contacted me himself and sent me a fresh syringe of my choice and he did overnight shipping! The guy is awesome, THE is awesome.

Hawkseye is awesome. Before my spores reach me they have to make a little detour, and I still get them within the same week I order!!! The syringes are cloudy and make for excellent viewing. I highly recommend T.H.E.
