$700,000 cash, drugs seized in raid

SEATTLE -- Federal authorities and local police raided several homes and businesses Wednesday, including locations in Snohomish County, in connection with a lengthy criminal investigation into a drug trafficking operation.
Agents with the Drug Enforcement Administration and detectives with the Seattle Police Department have been investigating the drug operation since 2008. The ring's suspected leader, a Lynnwood man, is accused of moving large amounts of cocaine, methamphetamine and heroin from California to Washington and into Canada.
Authorities used wiretaps and surveillance cameras to track the organization's movements. They have seized more than $700,000 in cash, 11 kilos of cocaine, 40 pounds of meth and four guns, according to the a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Seattle.

Meth isn't as bad a the media makes it out to be either... People forget that it has an "accepted medical value" and they Prescribe it to children. Tat whole "meth is evil" is just bull shit propagated by people who have an agenda and have never actually seen or been around meth and it's users. Yes it is addictive, yes it can be dangerous but it's addiction that drives the "evil" view of meth not the actual drug or it's effects.

Mushrooms are being used to treat cluster headaches, OCD, and depression. They have medicinal benefits and have been proven that they do not cause any short or long term brain damage. It would take 20 pounds of Cubensis to be consumed to die from an OD. Aspirin is more poisonous than Psilocybin.
Methamphetamine requires a fuck ton of fucked up chemicals. Ever heard about the famous ecstasy study that "Puts holes in your brain?" Well those weren't ecstasy users, in fact, after the test was conducted, they found out that the scientist that conducted the tests never even drug tested the patients by hair. The patients then got drug tested and found out that they were Methamphetamine users.
Saying Methamphetamine is safe is like saying drinking Drano is safe.

LSD is actually one of the safest chemicals in the world, next to THC of course. But it can be VERY mentally unstable for some users. LSD is also being tested as a treatment possibly even a cure to Cluster headaches. Did you know that LSD was going to be made a prescription drug by the FDA before it got outlawed? Bet you didn't. Matt, what are you on about? Everyone has their drugs of choice, no need to look down on something because you believe your right and they're wrong. Instead of pushing for your beloved chemicals to be legal and the ones you've been told are bad kept/made illegal, work for the greater whole. Push for the right to choose what to put in our own bodies and the right for our own freedom.
You come across as someone who uses stupid logic just like the leaders you disagree with.
Also, meth != methamphetamine & MDMA is a lot closer to methamphetamine than dimethyltryptamine is. Just because one contains the other doesn't necessarily mean they are similar, but amphetamine and methamphetamine aren't that distant.
