Which test was that? OC Scanner? 87c is fine, but a little warm. Some quick research says that the max temp of your GPU is ~110c, but I would start to get worried well before that, like around 90-95c. It is relatively normal for GPUs to run fairly hot under heavy load. But it shouldn't be TOO hot. 60c-90c I would consider a "normal" load temperature for most high end GPUs. Max temp on most GPUs is ~99-105c, so you never really want to see it higher than 95c.
Have you blasted that thing out with canned air yet to remove any built up dust? That's gonna be the number one thing to check if your GPU is getting hotter than it used to. Other than that, if you really want it to run cooler, you can try reseating the heatsink, cleaning it and re-applying TIM. If it is hitting ~90 with fan @ 100% and you have a normal fan pointing right at it, may be time to do that, if you are comfortable with it. The TIM can often become degraded over time.
Memtest isn't always accurate if you just run 1 pass on each stick. For a very thorough test I'd recommend running 5-8 passes on each, which is something you would just let run overnight since it takes several hours.
Did you run the SFC /scannow in safe mode? Did it find and/or correct any issues?
Anyway if it seems stable now, try running some further testing to verify everything is 100%. Those Realtek drivers are a real pain in the ass sometimes.

You definitely have something wrong. A lot of those codes can indicate memory issues. How long did you run memtest for? Run it again, but for 5-8 passes on each stick. Have you also tried testing each stick of RAM individually in the system to see if it only occurs on one?
Check in your BIOS, what is your 3.3v, 5v, and 12v readings?
Also the problem ultimately could be the GPU, do you have any way you could test it in your friend's system or test your friend's card in your system?

ran the memtest with 'Each Stick'
Not sure how to find my VDC readings. There just a BIOS option?¿
Also, I went ahead and replaced my Thermal Compound with 'Arctic Silver 5 99.9 Silver' on the GPU and the CPU. I did notice when i pulled the heat sink off the CPU that the thermal compound was barely there and sticky. I cleaned it off with Isopropyl Alcohol and reapplied. Its been 3 days now and I haven't had a crash so far. *fingers crossed*.
I have been carefull with my GPU though turning the fan up manually when i'm playing games, etc.... and watching the temp.
I have also noticed that my Computer runs quieter since i replaced the thermal compound (not that it was ever loud, just around a whisper).
I did 8-10 passes on each stick of RAM and resulted no problems. But when i was watching the program it looked more like it was testing my CPU rather then my RAM. Actually I didn't even see where it mentioned my RAM. I was using Memtest86 v4.0

Just wanted to update. I still have yet to have any problems. The CPU overheating must have been my problem.
Once again, thank you all and especially Shroomism for the help.

Of course I have spoke too soon. I have been continually battling this to no avail.
things I have replaced and or eliminated:
¤replaced the 2 sticks of RAM (figured if none were bad then I just updated my ram since I have 4 slots ) ¤replaced my HD Radeon 5770 with a HD Raded 4650 (now I am just running the mobo card trying to bring everything back to basics to simplify the issue ¤Replaced the Antec Power Supply with the Original that I got with it (never been turned on before) ¤Replaced the Thermal Compound with Artic Silver 3
Things to try:
¤Replace the mobo? ¤Replace the HDD? ¤Replace the Processor?
Conclusion: Running out of ideas and want to throw it off a Fucking bridge
Any ideas?
p.s. I have also wiped, and re-wiped windows from the HDD

bsod occurs after bios screen or before? so you replaced all ram and the gpu and it's not working? As I said bsod occurs before or after bios loading screen? How many beeps at POST? Now finally, look at your power supply, please list everything you see, if you want to disclude volts and amps on each possible rail ok but total watts and brand please. What was it you did again to finally get over the bsod the first time? You said it was working for a minute right?
btw, wiping windows if you could get into safe mode should really have been very very unnecessary. bsod is almost NEVER caused by a software failure. Other things will happen but bsod is a memory issue. If there is a paging issue like a virus destroyed a very important file helping windows and the kernel input and output to each other, an error message will come up when you log in or before you log in when windows initially loads.
So to get into safe mode you were able to get past the bios lock from the bios and clock your processor back down? And at this point you were using the onboard gpu and one stick of ram?
