I think Ill also upload my cilantro...I love it on rice, in thai food, mexican and just about anything really.
what you're experiencing is not a rash it's referred to as a flush. the blood vessels at the surface of your skin fully dilating... this is actually a good thing because it increases blood flow through the smaller capillaries. how much did you take if it's cool to ask?

Um.. ok.. these may seem like a weird question, but how effective might niacin be, keeping what you said in mind, in helping achieve erection under the influence of mdma, amps, coke, etc.

i honestly couldn't answer that question. there's more to ED then just blood flow and there may be more to these drugs then you realize. these drugs do elevate blood pressure and heart rate, whether they cause vase-constriction i honestly don't know. i'm sure you can find this on the net. but these drugs may act on the brain in a way making it impossible to gain an erection due to effects on the brain itself and not just lack of blood flow.
if these drugs constrict and you're taking something to dilate, i'm not sure if you'd be asking for trouble.

I used to take all kinds of things. Right now and for the month of January I am not taking any of them. I want to see what effect stopping will have on me. I have noticed I am not recovering very well. I am still soar to the point of not being able to walk very well from squatting 3 days ago... I think its's because I stopped taking this pH buffered glutamine that is amazing for super quick recovery. Its 7X more effective than non pH buffered. Here is what I will be taking in in the coming months: GNC Sport multi bcaa-lyn gluta-lyn some kind of creatine ZMA some kind of test booster estrogenex fish oil dextrose arginine beta-alanine melatonin casein protein when protein maybe some other stuff as well. I really want to push myself physically before I stop lifting weights for the summer. It would be amazing if I could add 50+lbs to all of my lifts in 12 weeks...

Well I think I just have a low tolerance to the flush.
I used to take flush-free niacin but Ive heard it said that it lacks some of the benefits. Yeesterday I had 325 milligrams which was too much.

low flush as in niacinamide? that shit has problemsDrugs.com: Niacinamide Side Effects i'd never use it... i rely heavily on drugs.com... to me it has been the best source for drug information, every aspect of any drug is completely covered there...

Keep taking the same amount that causes the flush. After a few days, the flush will go away. I had a friend that became kind of addicted to the flush and would take 3+ grams at a time to achieve the flushing effect...

> Unless you have a condition that requires it, males + high iron intake = a very bad idea.
I'm a vegan, thus my iron intake isn't very high compared to most non-vegan males. I only take iron supplements when I am in training for a race (marathon or triathlon) and building up muscle. I also have a doctor that specializes in sports medicine and rehabilitation that monitors my blood work.

I was a vegan for years and found that I became tired due to lack of iron intake (my hypothesis anyway). Why is it bad for males?

Kensho
I supplement with plenty of B12...I suspect it to be iron since I dont eat too many leafy greens...I eat them occasionally but not a big salad person and dont know of many good cooked greens recipes.

You can mix spinach into just about anything, and it is quite tasty!
