I was doing a little reading about Gnosticism earlier and discovered that certain sects believe that the God of the Old Testament, Yahweh, is an evil being who is subordinate to the true God, whom Jesus describes as follows in the Secret Book of John:
The One is a sovereign that has nothing over it. It is God and Father of all, the Invisible One that is over all, that is imperishable, that is pure light no eye can see.
It is the Invisible Spirit. One should not think of it as a god, or like a god. For it is greater than a god, because it has nothing over it and no lord above it. It does not exist within anything that is inferior to it, since everything exists only within it. It is eternal, since it does not need anything. For it is absolutely complete; it has never lacked anything in order to be complete. Rather, it has always been absolutely complete in light.

Evidently, whomever Jesus refers to as his Father in the New Testament is "the One." I'm gonna side with Jesus on this one.

I see your point, but even the 3rd person observational method does not exclude you from watching from a human's perspective, as watching from 3rd person is a mere interpretation of a human how he ought to observe something while adding the application of not being directly linked to what he is observing, in this case- his entire species. It is a healthy mental exercise, but to think it grant you the ability to observe something outside your own humane mind without relating to its intricacies whilst doing so is just another self referent impossibly possible construct of again, a human mind, that in my own opinion is utterly false. If we could truly look at things outside the confined perspective of our human minds, one could say we would be truly divine, for we would be able to trump our own default existential construct.

Indeed? Wars are mere projections of domestic conflict spawning from the trauma for the need of survival when living in the world was considerably more tough than it is today, but greatly escalated by our creativity and logistics when put into the frames of social life rather than a domestic one. war has very specific reasons for its manifestation and very specific requirements to become a thing of the past. the complete eradication of conflict and dispute on the domestic or personal level may not ever be. War, however, is a construct of our own as i as easily disabled from our behavioral patterns as it was enabled.
Famine, floods and quakes are not catastrophes. loss of a friend of loved one is indeed a personal catastrophe, but quakes and flood in themselves are almost poetic and magnificent displays of natures potential here on earth. almost like a performance. we have simply personified these events as tragic because people come to harm during them. thus our own morbid interest in them, as you suggested being present is only the byproduct of a horrid perception of natural occurrence. if a meteor were to come and destroy the earth tomorrow i would say- so be it. the universe has its way of unfolding. but some people now see the cosmos as a dark, evil, inhospitable void and are highly interested in studying it merely with the agenda od protecting themselves from it.
not only is the concept of chaos very human, but it is also hardly defined. in my own opinion chaos is a point of perception from which an occurring events seem unrelated and even disturbing the equilibrium of the events you perceive as harmonic, aka "are understood". whilst in truth chaos and harmony are one. chaos is a word we have given for that side of the fence of harmony which we simply don't understand an feel threatened by. At some cases, even harmonic events such as a tornado is considered chaos merely because we are sometimes directly threatened by this event. I defined this personal view on chaos based on the general assumption of chaos by the masses. ergo i cannot agree that man wants chaos, that just sounds like a fatalistic textbook definition of human nature which i have read somewhere so many times, written by those in most need of hope (not saying you are, i do not know you).
What i think we manage to do is put up a show, statisticalize everything to make due with the fact that we cannot control most of these things and to create the illusion that we can by covering it an analyzing it like mad. mans destructive behavior and accustomization to destructive things is a symptom of a sick society. not a construct of default human behavior. the job of the media is to spread information. the biased way they sometimes do so is merely a question of corruption within the institution, which is again a symptom of a unstable society with warped and self-destructive values, spawned from man's ignorance to distinguish between that which he is and knows, and that which he was and knew, creating an imbalance in setting priorities.
Truly, the presence of illusion of choice can only be implied when we fully understand what choice and freedom is. And not only is everyone to understand, but agree with one another on the universal meaning, which is a difficult task indeed. Therefore today we have people who say and sincerely believe that they are giving us freedom, but other's scream that freedom is dead. I understand your frustration with the situation though and you raise some points worthy of consideration.

I like what you say about destructivity being a symptom of a sick society.

Perhaps you harbor much distress and distrust in yourself, so much that you find that the only means to lighten that burden is to pour it into others. A sort of comfort. Not to mention the pride of accomplishment as a bonus.
That would be rather saddening, makes me feel kinda sorry, but I bet you're the type of person who not only doesn't accept orders, but also the sorrow of others, so i wont go any further there.

I for an instance do not wish for worship. I am pleased when people acknowledge me for my capabilities, im pleased when my words inspire vigor in the mind of others and I am pleased to be elevated or elevate someone else to a new level of understanding. But under no circumstances would I want any followers or worship. I would feel like my actions have been entirely misunderstood. They say wish not that for your another which you do not wish onto yourself. Well, giza. Apparently you do not wish to follow orders yourself but would be entirely pleased with someone else following yours.
Books- to spread information, to tell a story, because they innately enjoy writing and sharing. Whilst the other half do it for money and fame solely.
Same goes for movies.
Books and movies are a form of art. people do art for all kinds of reason. and if your intentions are to be worshipped, you are often bound to face the opposite.

Regardless of whether or not you want to acknowledge it, Manson came up with the idea first, therefore rendering you unoriginal, at least in regard to your identification as an angel–demon hybrid.
Thing is, I've pretty much seen it all. Yeah, yeah, "dancing with the devil" and mucking around in "the darkness" and embodying "the beast" seem like the definition of a good old time, but there's a lot more to life than a world of (apparent) delusion and self-aggrandizement.

If you don't mind being so revealing, how long do your manic episodes tend to to last, when you're off your meds. The Satan-God delusion is a pretty common manifestation of the inner conflict, as well as the euphoric inflation and grandiose claims. Just wondering. I realize that mania is enjoyable, but I always worry for all those who will inevitably crash like Icarus in dark, watery depths of unconsciousness. Nobody remains on any peak forever. My solitary new years eve included eating 600 mourning glory seeds and allot of chocolate cannabis slice. It hit the delete button on that old fucked up operating system, this time there is a better strategy, knowledge and environment for installing a new one. 16 hours of mythological sacrifice, death, rebirth and nothing but right now. Yeah I've done this before but without this level of knowledge about who, how, when, what or why I am doing this.
Now there there are pleasing visions and positive feelings about my abilities and what I can do right now. Being a hungry ghost in the hellish realm is just what came naturally, it was gods gift. There are many gifts in life, but they become mine if I take them. The virus and the lag can fuck off. The Devil is the light, Satan is lucifera - Diana - Gia - Sophia, the light sets me free.

My manic episodes last, until I sleep, if I don't take medication to sleep, I will sleep about 1-2 hours.
I created the so-called 'delusion' backwards, I went through the 'down' side first, so that I may always stay 'up'.
@cateyes, sounds good, always wanted to meet a shroomery member.
