To my knowledge, lemon essential oil is extracted from the skin of lemons. I know my mother used to boil lemon skins as a home remedy to nausea when she grew up in Italy, but I have no idea how effective that may actually be. People say that lemon juice intensifies the experience, I have never found that from personal experience. What I believe happens is that the psilocybin dissolves into the lemon just and thus makes it easier for the body to digest. I reccomend just making a tea (PrimalSoup's is my favourite) and if you suffer even the slightest nausea with that, lemon essential oil will help greatly.
I looked it up and yes you're right. Lemon Oil is extracted from the peel of the lemon. It takes 100 lemon peels to get 1oz of lemon oil. I think I will boil some ginger and 2-3 lemon peels down to a cup or 2 and drink that during the trip and actually juice a lemon or two 30 minutes before ingestion. I should at least get SOME lemon extract by doing that. I haven't bought the lemon oil online yet. I wonder if Kroger's or the store has it. People at the store ask me, "is it meant to be consumed?"

No. Lemon juice provides an acidic environment causing psilocybin to dephosphorylate into psilocin. Psilocin is readily passed into the blood stream and is more potent than psilocybin, leading to a faster-hitting trip and quite possibly a more potent one.
