Recipes are guidelines...not chemistry formulas unless youre talking about baking- then very often slight alterations in recipes can cause disaster.

I dont like it when people completely alter a savory recipe and call it by a classic name in quotes. Or take a recipe so off its orignal course its pretty much something else altogether.

Such as "Crispy Faux Crabcakes" and they replace the crab with tuna.

OUTRAGE!!!!
